Who is responsible
PureTensor Ltd (TensorForge) is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: sales@tensorforge.store, or write to 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
What we collect
- Orders: when you buy on eBay, eBay shares your name, delivery address, the items bought and your eBay user ID with us so we can send the order. We don't receive your card details.
- Enquiries: what you send us by email, and your email address.
- This website: no cookies and no analytics. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, processes IP addresses and request data to serve pages and to protect the site from attack.

We don't send marketing email and we don't sell personal data.
Who we share it with
eBay (the marketplace and payments), Royal Mail (delivery), our accountants and HMRC (tax records), Cloudflare (website delivery and email routing) and Google Workspace (email). Some of these providers process data outside the UK, under UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as tax law requires. Enquiries that don't lead to an order: two years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to you in a portable format. Email sales@tensorforge.store; we reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, 0303 123 1113. This notice is written to meet the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
