1. Who we are
TensorForge is a trading name of PureTensor Ltd, company number 16957867, registered in England and Wales, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, VAT number GB 514 7995 57. Contact: sales@tensorforge.store.
2. How orders work
This website shows the items we have for sale. You buy them on eBay: the contract between you and us is made when eBay confirms your purchase, and eBay's User Agreement also applies to that transaction. If we agree a sale with you directly, for example by written quote, these terms and the quote apply.
3. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges, if any, are shown on the item and at checkout before you pay. The price you pay is the price on eBay at the time you buy; if this website ever shows a different price, the eBay price applies and you can cancel if you prefer.
4. Descriptions and condition
Most of what we sell is used enterprise hardware. Each listing states the condition and any marks, wear or missing parts. Photographs show the item or, where several identical units are listed, units from the same batch. Specifications come from the manufacturer's part number and our own checks.
5. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses by Royal Mail Tracked unless the listing says otherwise, and dispatch within the handling time shown on the listing. The goods are your responsibility from when they are delivered to you.
6. Your rights as a consumer
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, and you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described. Both are explained on delivery, returns and cancellation. We also accept returns within 30 days of delivery on every listing.
7. Business customers
If you buy for a business, the consumer rights above don't apply to you, but the goods must still match their description and be of satisfactory quality under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Our 30-day returns offer applies to business customers too.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. For business customers, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we aren't liable for loss of profit, business or data.
9. Problems and complaints
Email sales@tensorforge.store with your eBay order number and we'll reply within two working days. You can also use eBay's Resolution Centre, and consumers can take a dispute to court.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
