Invoices
Every sale is invoiced by PureTensor Ltd, VAT registration number GB 514 7995 57. Orders placed through eBay come with eBay's order receipt; if you need a company invoice showing your business name and VAT number, email us the eBay order number and your details.
New items are standard-rated and the invoice shows VAT separately. Some second-hand items may be sold under the VAT margin scheme: the price still includes VAT, but the invoice cannot show it separately and it cannot be reclaimed. Your quote or invoice states which applies before you pay.
Quotes and quantities
Where a listing shows more than one unit, you can buy several at once on eBay. For larger quantities, mixed orders or delivery to a site, send a quote request and we'll reply with a written quote.
Parts we haven't listed
We deploy the same classes of hardware we sell, so we can often tell you quickly whether a part is available and what it costs. Send the manufacturer part number where you have it.
What to include in a request
- Part numbers (MPN) or a clear description, and quantities
- Delivery postcode and any deadline
- Company name and VAT number if they should appear on the invoice
- Your purchase order number, if you use them
