Delivery
- UK delivery by Royal Mail Tracked, free on every item currently listed. Any charge is shown on the listing before you buy.
- We dispatch within the handling time on the listing, normally one working day after payment, from Berkshire.
- You get a tracking number through eBay when the parcel is posted.
Returns within 30 days
Every listing accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. If you have changed your mind, you pay the return postage. If the item is faulty or not as described, we pay it.
Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Our 30-day returns window is longer and you can use either.
- How to cancel: start a return from your eBay purchase history, email sales@tensorforge.store, or send us the cancellation form below. Any clear statement works.
- Sending the goods back: within 14 days of telling us, to the return address we give you. Please don't send goods to our registered office.
- Your refund: within 14 days of us receiving the goods back (or proof that you sent them), including the original standard delivery charge, to the payment method you used.
- Handling: you may handle the item as you would in a shop to check it works. If it has been damaged or used beyond that, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.
If an item is faulty or not as described
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to used goods as well as new. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality for their age and condition, and fit for purpose.
- Within 30 days of delivery you can reject the goods for a full refund.
- After 30 days and within six months, we'll repair or replace the item; if that isn't possible or doesn't fix it, you can have a refund. A fault found in the first six months is assumed to have been there at delivery unless we can show otherwise.
- We pay the return postage for faulty or misdescribed goods.
- Faults we pointed out in the listing before you bought don't count as defects.
